A lifetime lover of dance and movement, Julie has been hooked on teaching fitness for over 13 years, and has been happily training at ETC for over 4 years. 

With a Bachelors in Exercise Science and personal training certifications including NASM and ASFA, Julie has found a strength in connecting with individual clients. 

Having trained and coached a woman to lose 40 pounds in 12 weeks, Julie feels blessed to help people improve their health and life. Her specialty and passion is yoga.  

After completing a 200 hour certification through Moksha yoga, Julie traveled to India for a month long intensive study, a life changing experience she will cherish forever.  

Julie is committed to providing a safe and motivating experience for each client.  

She has experience working with all ages and levels of fitness. Julie's client base range from young advanced yogis to her oldest clients, a married couple ages 84 and 85 whom she has happily worked with for over 8 years. 

Her workouts consist of a mix of the practices she has found most effective in building a strong and fit body, yoga, strength training, and always approaching the workout with happiness!
